During the design process we perform design calculations, static calculations, structural calculations or fatigue calculations.

The main tools are ANSYS for FEM analyses, RSTAB for structural frame analyses or MDESIGN for mechanical engineering calculations.

For larger projects this is done with the help of external experienced engineering partners.

Optimization of existing equipment

We already have helped different customers to avoid downtimes caused by regular component failures.

This was done by optimization calculations using FEM analyses and fatigue calculations (e.g. shafts and rollers).

Especially in the steel industry and heavy industry, unnecessary stoppages and time-consuming repairs can be avoided. These optimizations result in significant cost savings.
